The Worldwide Goober
I'm just a guy from rural Ontario who quickly figured out that sitting at a desk wasn't going to cut it. So I packed a bag, maxed out the optimism, and decided to see exactly how far off the map I could get before things went totally sideways.
From homemade rat liquor in rural Laos to the deepest slums of Manila, the running theory is that people are a product of their environment — and most of those environments are significantly more hospitable than the evening news would have you believe. Even when they're trying to feed you something named Jerry.
